Pat made the entire process of buying our new home a breeze. After we made our decision and made an offer Pat was communicative, and negotiated with the seller on our behalf. Patrick did an outstanding job with helping me sell my home. He is very knowledgeable with the Colorado market and educated me along the way with characteristics that helped me determine the best pricing to sell. He also has great negotiating skills which helped me to get the price I wanted. He also made the process very simple and helped me with all third parties we needed to communicate with. Patrick is THE MAN! Efficient!! Direct! Patrick is SO Smart and knowledgeable of his job and many of the job responsibilities involved with all aspects of real estate! He took my 20+ showing condo with NOT ONE offer and SOLD it in 5 days! Patrick is extremely outgoing, reliable, respective, funny, super cool and out to help YOU! He wants the best sale for YOU/US and it shows! He is very understanding; confident but absolutely NOT cocky! I actually knew the moment we first talked on the phone; our personalities just clicked.
