Patty went over and beyond helping us sell our house. We had to pack up and move down to Florida before the house was even listed. She helped with loose ends, and would drop whatever she was doing if we needed her help. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to sell our house.

Patty is the best! She was recommended to us by my best friend, and she lives up to the hype. Patty worked with us every step of the way, even sending a blank contract for us to look over since we were first time buyers. She is a hard hitter during negotiations, and works hard to make sure her clients are happy and find the perfect home.

When our mom passed away, my sister and I were tasked with selling her condo. It had been a very long time since either of us were involved in selling a property, and neither of ever had to do it under these circumstances. Patricia was a wonderful partner throughout the entire process. Leading up to the listing, she helped us get the place ready so it would sell faster. I was particularly impressed how she prepared us for the additional steps we needed to take given this was an inherited property. Throughout the entire process, she was also very quick to respond to any questions that arose. The house sold in just a few weeks, and we're thankful we had Patricia at our side.

She was very helpful, knew the market and the neighborhood, and was able to help us arrive at a price point that helped us sell the house relatively quickly.
