It was clear in all steps of the process that she had our best interest at heart. There’s a difference between having a realtor you know and a realtor who knows what they are doing. Ildi truly went above and beyond when helping us sell our home. She coordinated everything: painters, flooring, cleaners, landscaping, inspections. She managed to fit it all into our timeline and also align everything with our daily schedules. Ildi is a GREAT real estate agent. Over the course of 2+ years, Ildi patiently showed my husband and I many houses, always with a friendly attitude and an impressive depth of knowledge. Her thoroughness was greatly appreciated - no detail was overlooked, and her insights into each property was invaluable. I especially appreciated how she would tell us straight up if she thought a house was not a good option for us (as she did for a couple in rougher shape) or if there were issues/concerns during negotiations.
