There’s a difference between having a realtor you know and a realtor who knows what they are doing. Ildi truly went above and beyond when helping us sell our home. She coordinated everything: painters, flooring, cleaners, landscaping, inspections. She managed to fit it all into our timeline and also align everything with our daily schedules. She made the selling process so easy. She is communicative, proactive, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. It is clear that she cares about her clients and their homes. Ildi is a GREAT real estate agent. Over the course of 2+ years, Ildi patiently showed my husband and I many houses, always with a friendly attitude and an impressive depth of knowledge. Her thoroughness was greatly appreciated - no detail was overlooked, and her insights into each property was invaluable. I especially appreciated how she would tell us straight up if she thought a house was not a good option for us (as she did for a couple in rougher shape) or if there were issues/concerns during negotiations. Her deep understanding of the market ensured we were well-informed and confident throughout the entire process. Ildi did an excellent job as our agent. She was fully engaged throughout our home purchase, and I can’t imagine having another real estate agent handle our sales or purchases in the future. Her knowledge and experience helped us position ourselves successfully among multiple offers. She was both expeditious and thorough in coordinating inspections on tight timelines and maintained excellent communication with all parties involved. She handled challenges professionally and assertively, discussing resolutions and ideas with us based on her experience, but never being pushy or dismissive of our questions, concerns, or ideas. Working with her was an absolute pleasure! 5 stars / 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
