Andrew was incredible from start to finish-what seemed daunting and difficult for us to navigate through, however, Andrew helped put our minds at ease throughout the closing process, the inspections, literally the whole nine yards. You need someone who gets the job done, someone who you can rely on with the negotiation and looking out for the buyers best interest through it all as well as showing ample amount of patience and kindness, choose Andrew. We are thankful and grateful to have had the pleasure to work with him on buying our very first house.

I highly recommend Ashiln, and had a wonderful buying experience. After answering and asking many questions, she helped me find my dream home that had everything I've spent years looking for. Although there were competing offers, she convinced the sellers to accept my offer. Later she coordinated the inspections, repairs, and requesting the price adjustments according to what was discovered. On many occasions she was happy to spend extra time at the property while the inspections and repairs were completed. Throughout the entire process, Ashlin was responded quickly to questions and provided updates in a timely manner. She offers suggestions, and always supports your preference. However, I learned quickly to trust her experience. Another thing she was very helpful with was providing recommended businesses I needed from moving to septic repairs and well inspections. I found Ashlin to be a very trustworthy and professional realtor, who always follows through even with the smallest of promises.
