Nicolle was amazing through the whole process. She was so helpful and guided me every step of the way. She was always there when I called with a question or concern and we got the house sold super quick! I will be recommending her to my family and friends with their future realtor needs.

Nicolle's listing showed it was available for sale and said nothing about offers being in by a certain day/time. We asked her to confirm our showing appointment and she finally got back to us stating all offers had to be in earlier that day, but 3 hours after we requested an appointment. Nothing on the listing about offers having to be in. Not professional and detrimental to her client the seller and certainly not as she describes herself as fair. No one I would want to work with.

I picked Nicolle from three realtors referenced below a listing I was interested in based on her profile. She was very fast in responding to me, and she listened to what I was looking for. She put together a list of other possible listing as well as I the one I had found. She made me feel like I was her only client. None of the properties fit, then a prior property that I had looked at and lost the bid on due to the previous realtor I was working with came back on the market. and I called Nicolle to write up an offer and they accepted. The house brought some issues with the survey and appraisal, but Nicolle helped me work through it and even found another bank who would work with the issues and the timeframe we needed to close. Nicolle was right there the whole time working through all the issues and making sure everything got done in time for our set closing date. She was AMAZING! And, she has a great personality. She treated me like a friend and we had some good laughs during the process. I would highly recommend her to anybody who really wants a realtor who will look out for their best interest and get the deal closed.

Very easy to work with. Knows how to best represent her clients and she is very knowledgeable. Always available to answer questions or provide insight. 10/10 recommended for anyone's real estate venture.
