Since I decided to sell our large family home of 23 years in Norwood Park I knew I needed an expert Realtor to assist in the process. What I was looking for in a Realtor was one that knows the market, I mean really knows the market!! I found him, Mario Bongiorno. This guy is a pro. No fluff, just tells you like it is and really understands the Chicago market. He was able to get me top dollar for the sale of my home. In addition, the new buyers got a gorgeous English Tudor. Mario listed, sold (with multiple offers) and had my home closed within 3 weeks! Almost unheard of. His firm was equally experienced and we didn't even have one hiccup along the way. If you are selling or buying a home in Chicago you should consider hiring Mario because he is unparalleled the most knowledgeable, straight shooter and honest realtor that I have ever worked with. I sold and bought many homes in Chicago over the years and no other realtor came close to the hard work and effort that Mario put into the sale of my lovely home. This guy is the real deal.

Horrible experience the second she answered the phone. Rude tone when dealing with her. I stopped the call after about 10 seconds due to her unprofessional encounter. I would not recommend her to anyone who values their time and business. Not even too sure how she got a 5 star rating in the first place.
