Mario knew I was not quite ready to make a move, but he checked in to notify me of a program I qualified for and was not aware of. This ended up being the perfect opportunity for me. Throughout the process, he was very helpful, responsive, and had a great relationship with the Agent on the other side of the transaction, This really helped us secure a great deal. Since I decided to sell our large family home of 23 years in Norwood Park I knew I needed an expert Realtor to assist in the process. What I was looking for in a Realtor was one that knows the market, I mean really knows the market!! I found him, Mario Bongiorno. This guy is a pro. No fluff, just tells you like it is and really understands the Chicago market. He was able to get me top dollar for the sale of my home. In addition, the new buyers got a gorgeous English Tudor. Mario listed, sold (with multiple offers) and had my home closed within 3 weeks! Almost unheard of. His firm was equally experienced and we didn't even have one hiccup along the way.
