We used Nicole Galluzzo to sell an inherited townhome; she was great to work with. She explained all the costs, gave us the breakdown up front, and told us what we could expect from the sale. I have been working with nicole for 8yrs and she is also a good friend. She spent the time to take me around when i was first moving to colorado to then the purchase of my home. Then when to sell my home she did an excellent job and put a ton of work in to achieving the sale of it. I wish i could take her with me where i moved to. Major pro to working with her is I never felt like it was a sales experience and I was working with a true professional with a ton of knowledge and experience.

Nicole was great at alerting us to a property in the right area that also had the best layout for us, showing us the property, and guiding us through the buying process. She handled appointments with professionals for us when we were out of town for several days, and was always available for questions when we needed her. We highly recommend Nicole!

If you need a realtor in the Denver area, look no further, Nicole Galluzzo is the VERY BEST realtor on the planet and the Denver area is so lucky to have such an incredible realtor. We live out of state and we were helping my brother through the process of buying his first home in Denver. The stars aligned and we found Nicole. Wow, if we could give her 100 stars we would. Nicole knows real estate, she is extremely smart in the business, she is authentic, and genuinely cares about her clients. She treated us like we were family throughout the whole process. The list is long of all of the incredible positive qualities of Nicole Galluzzo. What I will always appreciate and remember of our real estate experience with her is how she treated us as million dollar clients even though our purchase was from far from a million dollars. Nicole was GREAT!!! It was my first time buying a home and she did a great job of guiding me through the whole process. Nicole's input and foresight when it came to the post inspection negotiations was absolutely fantastic. We were able to get all the items we needed and even some things we didn't know we needed. Nicole's knowledge of the market, responsiveness and experience make her an amazing realtor and we can't recommend her enough!!!
