Nicki, and her assistant Karen, did an amazing job with the sale of our home. She had a solid plan on how to market the house, how to stage the rooms for pictures, some painting suggestions and advised us on price. The sale price was fair and we were very happy with the offers we received. Nicki was there for us throughout the entire process, including after the closing was complete. We had a couple of issues along the way and Nicki was able to offer solid advice and valuable suggestions. We would highly recommend Nicki, without reservation, for anyone looking for a very experienced, knowledgeable and personable, yet professional real estate agent.

I had the great pleasure of working with Nicki for over a year looking for a home in Cazenovia. I was relocating and required additional support in my search. Nicki was always responsive to my many inquiries and maintained the patience of a saint throughout my search. Nicki jumped in right away to learn all about our over 130-year old farmhouse we were selling as part of a family estate. We felt that she appreciated the emotional side of this situation and conveyed confidence that we could find a buyer who also would appreciate the property appropriately. Nicki was able to get the home listed as a weekly feature in a Syracuse newspaper which again emphasized the emotional & historical value of our home. We ultimately had a strong candidate that fell through but was soon followed up by a couple of very strong prospects. Ultimately, Nicki was able to help us with the on-going dialogue among buyers and making us feel comfortable with our final decision. Nicki was readily available along the way to answer questions, thoughts, & concerns. She was very familiar with the central New York market and the Hamilton/Madison area as well.

Nicki was awesome! She got right back to me whenever I had a question. Which was a lot ?? We sold the house pretty quick which we were so thankful for. She even got our house in the newspaper for house of the week. I highly recommend Nicki.
