Nick was awesome. Not full of empty guarantees, digs in with all his resources and gives the seller the best foot forward. Knowledge of area and market are second to none. I have good friends that are realtors, went with Nick because of the impressive track record, happy to now call him a good friend and resource. After selling our home he helped in securing our lot for our future home. Both smooth transactions with open communication. Thanks Nick!

Nick has done a phenomenal job for our family on three transactions in the last 8 years. Hands down one of the best at offering advice that we needed to hear, not wanted to hear, during the process. Highly recommend him if you want someone who will get a deal done and does not put his pocket book first. And to top it all off, he is a great guy, fun to work with and very responsive during the process.

Nick and his entire team were an absolute joy to work with. He assisted in both listing/selling our home as well as purchasing our new home. He acted as a coach/advisor throughout the entire process. At many points he took the time to field phone calls from both me and my wife in order to explain in detail various processes and answer any questions. Selling and buying a home is a huge moment and having someone like Nick makes the whole thing so much easier. He went out of his way to coordinate some work needed on our old home to list it and really took the responsibility and effort out of our hands which was a huge relief. Since we have completed both transactions Nick has remained an advisor and continues to answer questions (regardless of when they are asked) and provide guidance on things we are tackling at our new home. Could not recommend him more. You are lucky to get him as your agent!

My wife and I took over a year to find the perfect new home and all through-out the process Nick graciously showed us home after home and we never felt pressured in any fashion to make a decision. His market insights proved very helpful is getting our home ready for sale and it sold to the first potential buyers and a great price. He also 'found' the home we ended up buying because he kept giving us good options and understood what we really wanted and needed. Again, he never pressured us to make a decision - he just listened and provided options. We not only have recommended Nick to friends but would only use him as our agent if we ever sold.
