Barb is a fantastic realtor who took care of us in the purchase of our first home as well as the sale and purchase of our newest home 5 years later. Most recently, Barb jumped to help us come up with ideas to help sell our house. With her assistance, we were able to put our home on the market, had multiple showings, she hosted an open house, and we accepted an offer all within a handful of days. Simultaneously we purchased the home of our dreams with Barb's guidance throughout the entire process. Barb is considerate, honest, and completely fair and reasonable. Kevin went above and beyond to help us find the right home during a time when the market was extremely tight. He listened to what we wanted and needed and worked extremely hard to get us into the right place for us. He was easy to work with, honest and professional. We could tell he had a lot of experience in this industry. He got us all set up with our lender and title company and they were also very helpful. We would definitely use Kevin again for our home buying needs.

There isn’t enough positive things to say about this dynamic duo! Grace and Carlos made buying our first home so enjoyable, even in the tough market that we are in. Any question or concern we had through the entire process they were there to help and reassure us that our future home was out there. They couldn’t have been more accurate.
