5 stars and Full recommendation Buying a home in the Bay Area is one of the biggest financial investments and toughest decisions people have to make—often within a very short timeframe. If you need someone who can help navigate this easily and in a cost-effective way, Gurjeet is the person. Gurjeet helped my family buy a single-family home in Livermore, CA, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience from our first call till the closing and even after the closing. Here are some things that really stood out for us: 1. We were always positively surprised by Gurjeet's response time never being more than 5-10 mins whether it is text, email, or call, no matter the time. We really don't understand how Gurjeet manages to do that :) 2. Gurjeet was incredibly knowledgeable about the Bay Area market, bidding wars, and how to put forward the best offer without going overboard.
