Nick was a consummate pro. He's extremely knowledge able and low pressure. He strategized to get the most amount of foot traffic for the open houses. He set offer dates. During a temporary market downturn/tough economic time to sell our home, he didn't flinch but encouraged us to stay on the course. When he got us 3 offers, he helped us choose the best one and we are so glad we did. He worked hard to negotiate the best deal for us - he even got us a free one month rent back from the buyer. So gratified we went with Nick Roe from "Doorlight!"
