Nick was very responsive, getting back to me immediately whenever I had issues or questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the area I was looking at and about the process as a whole, which was a big help to me as a first-time homebuyer. Typically I drag my feet with big tasks (like buying a home), so I appreciated him quickly setting up walkthroughs and driving things along when I expressed interest in places. Without him, I probably would have been wandering around open houses aimlessly for another few months. To top it all off, he negotiated a seller's credit for me that was more than I would have even thought to ask for. I truly can't recommend Nick enough to anyone reading this.

Nick was very helpful and patient throughout the process. We have lived in our home for 30 years- so this was the first time we ever sold a home. SO much has changed since we purchased it 30 years ago. Nick was friendly, informative and attentive which helped make this transition painless. He kept saying the right family will purchase it and he was correct! A lovely family moved into our home. Selling or buying a home is a very personal and it's important to find the right Realtor that understands what it is you want- Nick was just the right person for us. I would highly recommend Nick.

If you’re serious about buying a house, Nick is THE guy! Right from the start of working with Nick, he was consistent with keeping in touch and showing us any house that fit our filter, but also not pushy. From the first offer we put in with him, we got it; despite multiple offers. Nick always responded promptly- early in the morning or late at night. Even when he was out of town, he made sure to let us know he was there. He also is very patient and knowledgeable. Grateful for him and I hope to have the chance to work with him again in the future. If you decide to work with him, you will not regret it!
