Nick and Kira are professional and friendly! They were quick to respond to all my questions - as someone moving from out of state, we had many questions. Nick and Kira also went above and beyond for us, they did all the paperwork and even did the walk through the property since we were unable to be physically present, being out of state. We definitely recommend Nick and his team to anyone in this area!

Nick and his team went above and beyond to find a place for me to rent for four months as a first time snowbird. I will be forever grateful for their expertise, quick responses to my many questions throughout the process, and their ability to negotiate with the owner on monthly rent, utilities, pool maintenance, etc. They even took the time to go inside the rental property to create an itemized list of what was stocked by the home owner (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms) so that I knew what I needed to bring with me for the four months. I highly recommend Nick and his team for any real estate needs and I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Nick was instrumental in the sale of my mom's condo after she passed away. As you can imagine, losing a parent is not easy and things we difficult to navigate, but Nick made them easy and carefree. We had a few different obstacles outside our control that Nick was able to navigate with the buyer's realtor and ultimately we got the home sold. I would have been LOST without his help. Special shout out to his team Toni & Kira, as they were also very helpful along the way and answered every question that I had about the process. Thank you to Team Sproul! You guys are awesome :)
