I have lived in Central Texas my entire life and my family goes back 6 generations in San Marcos, which is located between Austin and San Antonio. I am a graduate of San Marcos Academy and I have a B.A. in Mass Communication/Advertising from Texas State University. My husband and I feel fortunate to have run into Brooke online. We were looking for a home in New Braunfels, Texas, and were not sure where to start. We searched online and found Brooke's listings and were hesitant to fill out the online questionnaire. She responded immediately, and we started the process. She scheduled eight homes over the course of several days. We ended up purchasing a home before returning home to Nevada. Brooke was amazing from start to finish. We were not able to attend our walk-through. Brook attended the walk-through for us with the builder and identified all the items that needed attention. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process. We have purchased many homes and have never worked with a realtor who had an eye for detail with paperwork and the walk-through. We would highly recommend her and will work with her in the future.

Brooke has been one of the best realtors I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She was always available. And was always there to fight for me when any issue came about dealing with the builder, underwriting, and title company. Her knowledge is top tier. She sent suggestions for homes everyday. Even after closing she still follows ups with me. I’m glad she was the one representing me through this process. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. Thank you Brooke!!!

Natalie is absolute best! She makes the whole process so simple, and explains things as many times as needed! She is so patient and understanding with different situations. This is the second time we have used Natalie to sell and buy. We recommend her to everyone we know!
