Natalie was the best! I needed to sell fast, and my house needed a lot of work. She was so knowledgeable, and knew I didn't have a lot of money to fix up. She told me what I needed to do, when I was ready she listed my house. It sold in 3 days, multiple offers. I could not be happier.

My husband and I decided to buy a new build and was highly recommended by a close friend of mine to go with Natalie. Natalie called us right away and met with us a day later. Natalie was amazing, she loves her job and you can see it in her work with how she connects with her clients, she explained the whole process step by step and guided us through selling our previous home and closing on our new build 3/8/24. Natalie goes above and beyond answering all of our questions, walking us through the closing procedures and even met us at our new home on closing day to take photos to which we didn't do with our first home. I would recommend Natalie to any of our friends or anyone looking to buy or sell.

as first time homebuyers, we were looking for someone to be there for us and assist us through every step of the process. Ray did just that. The same day we told him we were preapproved, he set up multiple house tours for the very next day. He braved a HEAVY thunderstorm with us and we found a house that day! He works extremely hard and fast! His communication was excellent, and we truly felt like he had our backs. When the mortgage company messed up at closing, he was on the phone getting it figured out immediately. we are lucky to have had his assistance in buying our first home, and we would recommend Ray to anyone!!!
