Brooke was an excellent guide in selling my father's home is such difficult times. Brooke never pushed instead she was always available and helpful through the entire process. Brooke also helped with any ideas on vendors to insure the home was shown to it's optimum advantage, pictures, cleaners and landscape ideas. I think anyone would be very pleased to have her assistance in selling a home she takes the majority of the burden of the sellers sholders.

We met Brooke through a listing on Zillow and didn’t know if we wanted to use a realtor or not but I am so glad we did and so glad we got Brooke! Brooke is not only an awesome person and so easy to get along with, she knows how to get things done! She is excellent with communication and keeps your needs in mind through the entire home buying process. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a home in the San Marcos/ New Braunfels area.

My husband and I feel fortunate to have run into Brooke online. We were looking for a home in New Braunfels, Texas, and were not sure where to start. We searched online and found Brooke's listings and were hesitant to fill out the online questionnaire. She responded immediately, and we started the process. She scheduled eight homes over the course of several days. We ended up purchasing a home before returning home to Nevada. Brooke was amazing from start to finish. We were not able to attend our walk-through. Brook attended the walk-through for us with the builder and identified all the items that needed attention. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process. We have purchased many homes and have never worked with a realtor who had an eye for detail with paperwork and the walk-through. We would highly recommend her and will work with her in the future.
