BEWARE OF THIS BROKER. We were conversing with Matt Menard about a property we applied to live in. We were very excited to move there when the move-in date was changed suddenly right after we finished our application. It became past when we can make work. We tried to contact him about this matter and we could not get ahold of him. When we finally did, he was completely unprofessional to us and ended up blocking our number after HE had been very rude.

Matt went above and beyond for me. I was a first time home buyer, and he took the time to walk me through the entire process and made things as easy as possible. Matt was super responsive whenever I would call, and provided me with great contacts to a local lender and utility connection service. At closing he fought for me and got me as much cash back as possible. I couldn’t of done it without Matt’s help!
