Nancy Bass is the best in the business! She was so understanding and thoughtful through out our whole experience. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions but Nancy and her team always had an answer and responded in such a timely manner. If I have any future questions about buying, selling, or anything real estate then she will be the first one I turn to!

Nancy assisted me with a somewhat difficult sale but she worked hard and was always upfront and honest with me. Nancy knows the local market and has great experience and relationships that help her when she is looking for a buyer. At the end of it all, Nancy helped me accomplish the goals I told her about at the beginning of the process. I would highly recommend working with Nancy if you are in the market to buy or sell a home in the greater Jacksonville area!!

I have bought and sold several homes with Nancy. I recommended her to my niece and parents as well. She is knowledgeable with personal homes, investment property, land and beach homes. She handled the purchase of my parents’ beach condo from first showing to closing in 2 weeks. I bought my condo with Nancy and had her sell my house. She offered great suggestions for getting it ready to put on the market

This is the fourth place that Nancy has helped me sell. She also helped me and my sister buy our last two places. She was very helpful in helping get basic repairs done at a reasonable price so that I did not have to try to find contractors. When it is time to sell my place, I have left instructions that Nancy Bass is to be called to negotiate the sale.
