As a first time home buyer, Munro was the best to work with! Upon initially contacting him, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire home buying process to ensure that I understood everything. Munro was very patient with me as I did go back and forth between some homes at the beginning, but he never stopped working to help me find exactly what I was looking for! With the covid situation going on, I actually could not view houses in person, but Munro took the time to go to each unit, shoot a video-tour, and upload it for me almost immediately. He would also respond to any text or email I sent in record time, and always kept me updated on a daily basis. I appreciate everything Munro has done for me, and will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a real estate professional!

Munro Murdock helped us buy our first home and we could not have asked for a smoother process. We would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He was smart, attentive, very responsive and a HUGE help through the whole process. He made sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. It is our immense pleasure to recommend McKay Murdock as a real estate agent. My husband and I had the opportunity to have McKay sell our home and then buy another home. He explained the contracts thoroughly and answered our questions. McKay had a professional photographer take photos of our home and recommended ways to put our home in order. McKay knew someone who was looking for a home and our home was the one they fell in love with. We sold it on the first showing! McKay recommended professionals who helped with window cleaning, termite inspection and the other home selling services that we needed. I was pleased with the companies that he recommended and will use them again. The closing went well as he worked closely with the escrow officer and he was always there when we had questions. My husband and I were impressed with the professionalism of the escrow officer he recommended. McKay is talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale. We identified two neighborhoods that we were interested in. He created a door hanger and canvassed these two neighborhoods to help us find a new home. He spent hours walking through neighborhoods looking for our new home. His creativity and sincere willingness to help us was superior. He communicated with us on his findings. When we had an interest in a home we saw, he gave us the pros and cons for each home. We cannot thank him enough for this- I feel that we could have made an uninformed decision on at least one occasion had it not been for him and his advice. When we found a home we wanted to buy, McKay submitted our offer, and our introduction letter to the homeowners. Out of the three offers received, they chose us to purchase their home, and we were chosen due to his professionalism and the recommendations he gave to us in appealing to the home owners. Throughout the home buying process, McKay communicated with the lender, the home owners agent, and those involved with the purchase of our home. Reaching out to these individuals on a regular basis made a huge difference. We closed TEN days early! We never felt neglected or unimportant. McKay is highly personable with an engaging personality. We purchased our vacation home in Oahu from Love Hawaii. McKay and Munro were the best! We were at first apprehensive about purchasing a home all the way from Texas but both McKay and Munro made the process a breeze. They always provided information right away and were available for video chats to go over the homes. In addition, they advised us on the best neighborhoods, negotiating strategy, as well as lining up all the inspectors and contractors. They never left a question unanswered.
