As a first time home buyer- Monika exceeded any and all expectations we had going into this. She streamlined everything by guiding us in every step of the way, especially thru her personal recommendations (inspectors, loan officers, attorneys, etc.) Monika was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to have by our side. I will 100% always recommend Monika to anyone looking to buy a home. We cannot thank Monika enough!

Monika was phenomenal! She kicked off this operation while I was on vacation and when I returned we saw over 10 houses in one weekend. She helped me keep an open mind when looking for my future home. She is professional and gets down to business from the start which is what I liked. She is also realistic which is a great quality to have when giving advice for first time homeowners. Overall, it was great to have her on the team!

Monika is an absolute Treasure!!! We were relocating from 3 hours away and she guided us through the home-buying process to our dream home. Monika was absolutely AMAZING through the entire process of our first home purchase, from start to finish and beyond; she continues to check in with us even weeks after closing. Her knowledgeable and expertise was invaluable as we were completely unfamiliar with the process. She guided us every step of the way, arranged every viewing and inspection, referred various companies and agencies as needed, including attorneys and alternative financial institutions. Monika is very personable and takes the time to get to know her clients which allowed her to find the perfect houses for our family, advise on offers and financing, and whether to proceed or withdraw from an offer. She saved us from a major catastrophe with the first house we were going to purchase because of her networking with local construction companies! We were fortunate to find a dream home under our budget and this is all thanks to Monika! We will forever be grateful for Monika!
