Working with Bobby from The Marchesiello Team was a wonderful experience. He and his team made the entire process easy and was always available to answer all of our crazy questions no matter what time of day it was or even a holiday Bobby worked tirelessly to get our house sold as soon as possible. We will be forever thankful to Bobby and his team for all they did on our behalf. Bobby listened to our concerns and took them very seriously. Such a please to work with such a knowledgeable team. Dedicated. Respectful. Kind. Transparent. A solid seller’s advocate and a great team! (Read on…) It’s difficult to leave a home of 30 years, where we raised a family and made many memories. Our family first spoke with Bobby Saumell a few years ago when we were just beginning to consider selling the house. Ultimately it wasn’t the right time for me. We spoke again in 2023 and Bobby was extremely helpful at making suggestions to maximize the value in my home… but I still wasn’t quite ready. A few more years… many more family gatherings and memories… and I knew it was finally time. Bobby visited one more time (honestly we probably should have been inviting him to the family barbecues in the meantime). His first words were to genuinely compliment us on all the updates since his last visit, putting me at ease and helping me to make this transition. Bobby shared great insights about how to best showcase this home and make it ready for its next family. When it was time to go to market, Bobby and Paige were responsive day and night, and always shared information proactively. Change can be difficult, but Bobby and the Marchesiello Team made this change experience a great one. Thank you.

Jessie's a superstar. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, honest, helpful, and friendly at every step of the process. She's someone who really cares about her clients and is willing to do whatever it takes, for as long as it takes, to find the perfect home for them.
