Jessie was a fantastic realtor to work with - especially as first time homebuyers. She took a lot of time to walk my husband and I through the process and to educate us on the details and key considerations. She answered all of our questions and helped us understand what kinds of things we should weigh as considerations that we might not have thought of yet. She really did a fantastic job, was great at handling the negotiations with the seller, and stayed in constant contact. Madyson with the closing team was also a superstar and carefully walked us through all of the steps and what we needed to do when. The two of them honestly made the whole home buying process less stressful than we expected it to be.

Tristin provided us with outstanding service throughout our home selling and buying process. She assisted us in finding the home that we purchased, and in selling our home. We had our new house built, which took a year from contract signing to move in, and Tristin was with us every step of the way! She's definitely the one to call when you want to sell or buy a home!

Bobby is the master of selling houses. He sold a friend’s local horse facility and I knew he was going to be our go-to when we were ready to sell our farm. He remained calm, cool, and SO patient through the entire process. We had multiple offers on our farm within 7 days of listing and the video brought me to tears (good tears). His outreach is extensive and he’s extremely knowledgeable in real estate. It was bitter sweet to sell our place and Bobby was an absolute gem. I can’t recommend him enough!

Dominick is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to what buyers are looking for. After a quick walkthrough of our house, he made some recommendations that would help facilitate selling our house. We made the few changes and Dominick put our home on the market. 3 days later, he scheduled the Open House, and bang, multiple offers. The house sold 3 weeks later, for so much more than week could have imagined. Thank you to the entire Marchesiello Team, but especially Dominick for his expertise!

Working with Bobby from The Marchesiello Team was a wonderful experience. He and his team made the entire process easy and was always available to answer all of our crazy questions no matter what time of day it was or even a holiday Bobby worked tirelessly to get our house sold as soon as possible.
