Chad made my first time home buying a great experience. He was available all hours of the day and night to answer my questions. He found me the perfect home in record time and was a great resource for contractors after closing so that I could add my personal touches quickly and get moved into my new place. I look forward to working with him again.

Brian made everything so easy for us when we bought our home. He knows the area very well, and listened and found exactly what we were looking for. He is also very quick to respond to texts and phone calls. Would definitely recommend!!

Communication was AWFUL. I had to keep checking with them to try to get answers. They list your house but that's about it. You can do that yourself with For Sale by Owner. Toward the end when we got an offer, it felt like they were more concerned about the buyers than us. It was an overall nightmare. When it was all over not even a phone call to say thank you or congratulations or NOTHING which doesn't surprise me since they only called when the buyers needed something. I would not recommend this realtor ever.

I can’t speak highly enough of Momo Hlaing and her team. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work are very much appreciated and respected. She explained everything thoroughly and always called us back in a timely manner, even after hours. She was on top of any issues and kept us informed. She made us feel very comfortable and important. We highly recommend her.

We hired Momo when our house remained unsold for the last six months. We already moved from Hampton Roads to the West Coast, so we interviewed her over the phone. Momo is a thoughtful and patient listener, who communicates very openly about all aspects of the process and her strategy. She quickly gained our confidence that the house will be ultimately sold, in spite of the Covid-19 situation that just started developing. Momo and her team was in continuous communication with us during the process and managed minor repairs and other aspects that we could not do at distance. Unlike during the previous 6 months, we got multiple offers above our acceptable minimum and were very pleased with the final result that exceeded our expectations by ~$10k. Based on our experience with six real estate agents so far, Momo is the one I would hire again in a heartbeat.
