Minnie is an excellent communicator, has great negotiation skills, and goes above and beyond to help you. She helped use purchase our home during COVID, which was a difficult time to purchase a home. And she helped us navigate the environment at that time in a smooth way. We were very happy with her.

Minnie is amazing! She sold us our first home back in 2010 and we used her again to both sell our first home and purchase a new home in 2020. She is easy to work with and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable looking at homes with her. She is available and responds quickly to questions by phone, email, or text.

Minnie has been nothing short of amazing! She made the selling process for us so incredibly easy by always being responsive, transparent, and attentive...she's always just an email, call or text away! She sold our home with ease, and is now assisting us in finding our new home. Most agents would just want to put you in a home just to get a sale, but Minnie, on the other hand, is patient, listens to us, offers her advise; and most importantly, she will make sure to find you a home that will benefit you in the long run.
