I want to commend Mindy Artez on the amazing job she did as my Realtor. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was honest with her opinions when we were looking at places. She pointed out what was a bonus and where potential pitfalls could be. She was incredibly responsive when I contacted with questions. I felt like she was an excellent advocate for me in the negotiations, giving me her opinion but also respecting my choice as the buyer. We even needed to do the negotiation while I was out of the country and in a 6 hour time zone difference. This didn’t inconvenience her at all. Her responsiveness made the entire experience flow so well and created a stress free situation! And, as a person, she is just enjoyable and fun to be around. I would highly recommend her to even my closest friends and family because I’m sure they would have a wonderful and satisfying experience with her as a realtor.

We cannot thank Mindy enough for her incredible support, expertise, and dedication during what turned out to be a very challenging home buying experience. Not only is she an outstanding realtor, but she was also our anchor during an unexpected and stressful situation. We were under contract on what we thought would be our dream home when Hurricane Helene hit. The property sustained significant damage, and we were suddenly faced with uncertainty, disappointment, and a ton of questions. Mindy was there for us every step of the way — calm, professional, and unwavering in her commitment to helping us navigate through the chaos. When it became clear the home was no longer a viable option, she quickly shifted gears and helped us find an even better property — one that we now realize was meant to be all along. Mindy’s knowledge of the Florida market, her proactive communication, and her empathy during a tough time made all the difference. She turned a potentially heartbreaking situation into a success story, and we are forever grateful.

We sold our home a little over a month ago and was so pleased with Mindy arts! The whole process was easy, and she made everything simple to understand. She answered every question with confidence. We loved Mindy! We would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor in the Saint Pete area!

Trustworthy, most important quality I think of for Mindy. We bought a Florida condo, sight unseen!! She was our person on the ground for every single item that came up with a real estate transaction. Always available…..I tested the limits a couple times with questions and she always answered my calls or texts at all hours. Definitely will use her again!

From the first time I reached out to Mindy she answered immediately and from there on she was very responsive.She was a true professional.During negotiations we always felt like Mindy had our best interest in mind. She is knowledgeable, kind and very easy to work with. We highly recommend her. My son recommended her and us and we were so happy he did !
