It is hard to explain but from the first time we met Mimi, we knew we were with a special, professional. Her professional knowledge and personality were the right combination. We could not be happier with Mimi. We had previous listed with another real estate company thinking that it would be a fairly straight forward process. After we had several offers fall out of escrows we were very discourage. We turned to Mimi because of her success as an agent, years of experience in our area and her reputation. After talking with Mimi she assured us that there was no reason why our home should not sell. She immediately went to work marketing our home and we had quick results. Mimi Simmons guided us through some very difficult negotiations. We were able to avoid a lost sale related to a defunct, unfixable spa. She was masterful. She has great knowledge of the area and vendors and sub-contractors who are readily available for help. She, also, helped us empty the house and garage of all unwanted furniture, tools with the name of a most responsible Auctioneer.

I haven’t sold or bought with Mimi yet. She has been helping through a process with our home and understanding so much about the sellers market. She is a very intelligent person who has an incredibly compassionate heart not only for her clients but everyone in her community and beyond. She has brought my husband and I back to a place of calm, peace and hope during a lot of uncertainty. When we are able to list our house she is will be our agent and if we do buy again in Nevada County we wouldn’t want to work with anyone other then Mimi. Incredible professional and incredible human being.
