Working with Mike Samawi was an outstanding experience from start to finish. His reputation truly preceded him, and I can confidently say the results exceeded the hype. His deep knowledge of the local market, strategic insight, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was proactive, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. He was always responsive, even after hours and that was huge for us because we were out of the country at the time. He recommended certain things to be done to maximize the sale price, like paint, cleaning and staging and he even helped arrange the work. His stager, Janine did a phenomenal job.
