Mike is very professional and knowledgeable about the local area in Mountain House. He was always available for me during my home search and he wanted to make sure that I am finding the right house. Our years of house hunting ended with Mike as our agent. Mike did an outstanding job in assisting us with the purchase of our house. His expertise in the Mountain house real estate market was instrumental in determining competitive purchasing price. It was mike negotiation skills , which made possible that our offer got accepted without overbidding. He was involved in all aspects of closing, and frankly speaking, his involvement made closing stress free. He was friendly, responsive and always gave honest advice. In California’s highly competitive market, I am sure Mike is every buyer’s dream agent!!

I worked with Mike to sell my father's home in Tracy after he passed. This was a very difficult time, and Mike made it very easy for me: he provided stellar advice about when to hit the market, told me things I didn't need to worry about, coordinated all the inspections and repairs, helped me deal with some of the eccentricities of the home (e.g. a large built in darkroom), and ultimately used his network to get me an offer for the property as-in for $10K over our asking price before it hit the market. Mike was responsive, helpful, kind, and successful. Would definitely recommend him to any seller.

Mike did an awesome job when helping us purchasing our new home. My mom had worked with Mike before when buying another home. He was already highly recommended by a trusted family member. He kept us on task and negotiated the best deal for our new home. I highly recommend Mike. If I could give 10 stars I would.
