Kristine has been a devoted agent who worked with us for a while. It's true when the timing is right, the perfect home will present itself. As first time home buyers, we did not know where to start when it comes to the homebuying process. We met Wesley through an introduction from our previous property manager and really enjoyed working with him! Wesley helped me and my family find the perfect single family home in El Monte! We’ve been looking for some time in a highly competitive market where almost every home had multiple offers. Emily went above and beyond for my first home purchase! I asked a lot of questions, and she was very attentive and quick to respond. We put down offers for several homes and she showed so much knowledge, expertise, and care with everyone involved in the buying/selling process. She arranged the home inspection, appraisal, and dedicated a lot of time and guidance going over the reports with me. The homebuying process wouldn't have been as easy as it had been without Emily. Wesley helped me rent out 2 of my property to wonderful tenants in baldwin park. He took care of vetting numerous applicants to drafting up the contract. Wesley was very proactive in asking me what I expect in a potential tenant and delivered! His attention to detail and patience with my one million and one questions really made all the difference.
