After a great referral to Dee with Dynasty Remax Realty, I couldn't have been more grateful for the professionalism her and her team provided to me with selling my mothers home after her passing. As I had an impending surgury, she sold the home and wrapped everything up within 60 days. I especially would like to mention the care that was given at such a sensitive time. Dee is the ultimate knowledgeable professional everyone needs for home selling or buying.

Every time I’ve called one of them, they answer my call or return my call promptly, which is very important to me. Any question, concern or issue I had they listened, they helped resolve the issue and made sure we were happy. I was very impressed and thankful for their amazing service. Thank you so much Brandon! He made buying our first home experience extremely smooth and exceptional! He was so helpful with his quick responses to all of my questions and I’m grateful that he is so knowledgeable. He was able to negotiate for the sellers to cover our closing costs and we closed escrow earlier than anticipated. Will definitely be recommending him to all our friends and family

Dee Barba was a delight to work with. She was always two or more steps ahead of us, was very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. Dee knows the market and sold our house for even more than we were asking. Dee did an outstanding job of staying on top of everything and getting everything to the finish line without any snags. This was really helpful to us as we were out of the area. We would highly recommend her and hope to work with her again.

We started talking about buying a home in November of 2020. We were both really nervous to start the whole process and had no idea where to even begin. We reached out to Brandon and he walked us through the whole thing what to expect and how to prepare for it. After a year of saving and prepping for this next chapter in our life we reached out to Brandon for help. In such a crazy market we didn’t know what to expect or if it would even be possible to reach our goal of owning our first home. Throughout the process Brandon was informative, supportive and even a friend. After about 6 months in a market that was booming we found our first home. Even after we found it he didn’t disappear he still checks up on us. We will recommend Brandon to everyone because he was attentive from start to finish.
