We followed all of Angel’s advice regarding listing price, repairs, and staging and they got us multiple offers over asking price in a matter of weeks. We had the pleasure of having Donna Landaverde as our realtor. She assisted us in selling our father's home within a reasonable amount of time during a very stressful time in his life. She pointed us in the right direction. Made appropriate and reasonable suggestions and recommendations. She negotiated strongly to apease all parties, especially us - her clients. Always demonstrated compassion, knowledge, professionalism, and sincerity. I met Donna through a friend, and from the very beginning she has been a great person to work with.
