Jaslene made us feel like VIPs! From our initial first phone call to the final closing day, she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible for us and all in under 3 weeks! We constantly felt in the loop every step of the way and never felt like any question was a dumb one. This is our second time working with Jaslene and we truly cannot thank her enough for once again coming through for us. Jaslene helped me sell my home in 14 days and I couldn’t thank her enough. There was another home sitting in the same complex for over 90 days so I was a little skeptical that we would actually get the price we wanted since the other home was bigger in sqft. However, with the marketing Jaslene did and the way she priced it, we ended up getting above asking price and we closed escrow super fast. She even helped me diligently with all the paperwork and I felt educated the whole entire time. With the proceeds I will be developing another unit I have to increase my passive income.
