I met Donna through a friend, and from the very beginning she has been a great person to work with. My previous real estate agent did not listen to what I was truly looking for, which made the process frustrating. However, Donna completely changed that experience. She took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and what was important for my family. What I appreciate most is how open and honest she is. She genuinely focuses on finding places that match what I’m looking for, and she also gives thoughtful guidance on what would be good for my family and what might not be the best fit. I never felt pressured—only supported. Donna made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and tailored to us. I had the best experience with Donna presenting my property. She was efficient and effective right out the gate and had my property sold from beginning to end in less than a month. Communication was extremely poor. We reached out for assistance with finding a property and were told that Patty was sick and unable to help us. Shortly after, we saw on Instagram that both Patty and Angel were attending a Rams game, which made the explanation feel dishonest. Patty had committed to helping us look for property, but instead of being upfront, she avoided the situation by claiming to be ill. That lack of transparency was disappointing and unprofessional. Additionally, Angel came across as arrogant, stating that their “reputation precedes them” and implying that we could have gotten what we wanted if we had used their services differently. That attitude was off-putting and unnecessary. Overall, the experience showed a lack of honesty, professionalism, and respect. If you are not viewed as a high-value client, expect poor communication and dismissive treatment. This was not the level of service we expected or deserved.

Donna was the simply the best! We met her by chance at the Open House and we really connected. Donna helped us navigate not only the purchase of our home but also the sale of existing home. She was super patient, knowledgeable and really looked out for us every step of the way. We couldnt of been more happ with being able to move our kids into Alhambra and start our next chapter for our family. Thank you Donna!
