As a first time homebuyer, I had numerous questions with every step of the process. I would call and text him at any hour of the day and he would respond as soon as he can. Given that our situation was unique, he also was okay being a middle man between my father and I. On top of that, I was constantly on websites showing listings to Mike to set up for appointments - adding to the numerous texts exchanged. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. Very personable and got us exactly what we wanted in a home!

Friendly, professional service. We interviewed 6 realtors and chose mike because he knew the buyer we wanted/ needed who would appreciate our home and the time/money/upgrades that were done. He vetted buyers and brought us a VERY strong offer. Walked with us through an easy escrow closing. We couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!

I would highly recommend Mike Carmen, he understood the challenges of selling our home and buying a New Home. Our escrow was delayed due to our buyer/lender but he was able to help us through the process and get both transactions closed without a hitch. Need a Knowledgeable & Personable Real Estate Agent, call Mike Carmen. I just referred my sister to him as well, she lives in Fullerton, Ca & he will be listing her home shortly. So think outside of Corona/Riverside Area he can help you anywhere in Southern California.
