Juan was absolutely amazing! He was extremely efficient and quick to get us access to view homes. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the entire home purchasing process. He made the experience of purchasing our first home painless and stress free. Juan communicated with escrow and our lender regularly and provided us with changes and updates as soon as he had them. He also advocated for us as the buyers and didn’t let anyone take advantage of us. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with one of life’s biggest purchases and moments. It has been a long time since I purchased a home and was nervous about the experience of a large purchase again. Rudy was awesome in helping me through the process, efficient, non pushy, and patient the whole time. It's important you have someone who listens to all your needs during the home buying process -- Rudy did just that. Not only did we get the place we were looking at; it required minimum work. Def would recommend/use Rudy again for our real estate needs.
