It has been a long time since I purchased a home and was nervous about the experience of a large purchase again. Rudy was awesome in helping me through the process, efficient, non pushy, and patient the whole time. It's important you have someone who listens to all your needs during the home buying process -- Rudy did just that. Not only did we get the place we were looking at; it required minimum work. Def would recommend/use Rudy again for our real estate needs.

Justin helped us purchase our first home within a month of working together. We were referred to him by a relative who also had a great experience purchasing their first home in a neighboring city. Justin's responsiveness, availability and experience were immediately apparent. From the beginning of the home search up until the keys were in hand, Justin was readily available and always took the time to provide his perspective and recommendations. As inexperienced first time home buyers, Justin made the process feel simple and provided guidance throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure from Justin to move forward on anything without time for consideration. During the home search, Justin gave us plenty of room to tour at our leisure and was always ready to answer any questions and provide his useful insights. I would be happy to work with Justin again in the future and will definitely refer him to others looking to buy or sell a home.
