I don’t have the words to truly describe the incredible experience on selling our home. Evelyn IS the best I have ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Her photograph captured amazing pictures that show cased our beautiful home. We had 60 people show up to our first showing. we listed our home in mid August of last year, Evelyn marketed our home heavily and negotiated for us at every turn from start to finish to get us top dollar. Every time I called or texted she responded virtually immediately. After this experience I'd be hard pressed to work with anyone else!

If I could give Nuri 10 stars, I would. Selling a home is always a stressful experience, but selling a home during COVID is a whole new level of stress. Nuria (and her real estate partner Evelyn Blanks) went out of her way to make our selling experience as stress-free and smooth as possible. She was very responsive at all times to text messages and found ways to make the showings easier on our family as my husband was working from home at the time. She even made sure that high-touch areas of our house were disinfected after each showing! Nuria always made sure we were kept up to date with the selling process and answered all of our questions cheerfully and quickly. Thanks to the diligence and hard work of both Nuria and Evelyn, we had at least 15 offers within less than a week of listing our house, and it ultimately sold for $30,000 over asking price. If you are looking for a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and diligent realtor, I cannot recommend Nuria highly enough.

I love this team! Nuria was my agent and she made my first home buying experience smooth and a fun experience.
