My home buying experience with Mikayla Holmes was excellent! She was knowledgeable about the market and had a good understanding of my needs. She was very patient and I never felt pressured or rushed. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in a home. Mikayla was thorough and knew what to point out, both positive and negative, when touring a house. She was able to find answers to all of my many questions. Mikayla's paperwork was meticulous; she was able to submit offers that were reasonable and reflected my exact wishes and needs. She made sure that the inspection process was thorough so that I had the assurance I needed to feel comfortable with the house that I finally purchased. I am very pleased to have worked with Mikayla Holmes and I highly recommend her.

Would give 1000 stars if we could. Our home-buying journey relocating to Portland from Kentucky was a five-month rollercoaster of highs and lows, a lot of laughter, and a few heartbreaks, and Mikayla was there for us through it all. She knows Portland inside and out, and her guidance on neighborhoods, timing, and the process itself was invaluable and always spot on. More than that, Mikayla is empathetic, supportive, and truly wants the best for her clients. She was patient, kind, and genuinely invested in not only helping us find the right home but feeling welcome in a new place. In home buying (and especially a competitive market) you can’t expect things to always go as planned. But when you have a realtor like Mikayla who remains steady, advocates for you, and never pushes you into decisions that don’t feel right, you never lose trust that what is meant to be will happen and that you will find the perfect fit. By the end, we didn’t just have a home that we love – we had a lifelong realtor and friend. If you’re looking to buy or sell in Portland or the surrounding areas, we cannot recommend Mikayla enough.

As first time home-buyers, Mikayla was incredible to work with. She was so incredibly patient and eager to help us understand the process at every turn. We went into the search with a very detailed wishlist and Mikayla didn’t even hesitate. She worked with us to find a home that ticked off every box and more.
