    Michelle and her associates were on top of it on Day 1! Before I met Michelle, I had worked with multiple agents and tried for over three years to nail down a home. In less than a year of having Michelle as my agent, I was able to buy my dream home! I am confident it was Michelle’s expertise and knowledge as a realtor that made all the difference, and resulted in a successful outcome. As a first time homebuyer can be overwhelming, but Michelle and her team made the experience easy and seamless. They always scheduled showings promptly (even the super last minute ones I’d request), took the time to answer all of my questions, and navigated negotiations during closing tactfully. I would highly recommend Michelle for anyone in the market for a home!

    Kim always showed up on time when we needed her. She was great to work with and handled all matters professionally. Really needed to find a home as soon as possible and she was able to help us accomplish that goal. Couldn’t have done it without her!

    Searching for a tenant is never easy, and a bad tenant can be worse than no tenant. You want someone in your corner who’s knowledgeable, can convey that knowledge in an easily digestible way, and goes out day in and day out with the commitment and drive to find you that tenant. If that sounds like an agent you want, then Kim’s your go-to. One experience of note was a phone call wherein she relayed critical feedback on a few prospective tenants who mentioned they liked the property but disliked how big the fridge was for the unit. Knowing I was already looking for a refrigerator for another unit, I could move the fridge to a different one and purchase a smaller, less expensive one for the empty one, saving money. After renting out this unit, you can bet I’ll contact her for the next one, and you should, too.
