I live in California and was shopping for an investment home in CT. This was to fulfill my 1031 exchange - there was alot of time pressure to close on a good property - and I was doing it from a distance. Betsy was my main point of contact — she is very responsive and knowledgable, and is a great communicator. Tom helped view properties and added his knowledge about home construction and he’s also good with tech. They provided me with a Matterport (3D-walkthrough) of the home I purchased which has been so helpful in managing upgrades. They were both a pleasure to work with and plan to use them again for my next property.

Betsy was so wonderful to work with! My husband and I just bought our first home through her. She was incredibly patient and flexible working with us for >6 months, helping us find a house that fit our needs in a really competitive market. Between her and her husband Tom, they always found the time to show us homes quickly, and she drafted up and sent in offers for us on home we were interested in right away. She has so much insight, was very honest and pointed out potential concerns with properties, and never made us feel pressured to make any decisions. Would absolutely work with her again and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
