I’ve worked with Wes and Michelle twice in the last few years, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They helped me buy (and later sell) my first house. As someone who was new to the real estate world, I appreciated that they took the time to educate me, and explain things in detail. They were always available to answer questions, and made the experience seamless, on both the buying end and the selling end. They have so many connections in the area. Before listing my house, I needed a roofer, electrician, A/C installer, and a hot water tank specialist. They were able to help me find the right person for each of these jobs, and they all did great work. Their overall expertise, in conjunction with their many connections, is truly what gives them the advantage over other realtors. Hence, the Graham Advantage!

Michelle and Wes were very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding when it came to selling our home. They were by far the most caring and professional individuals that I had ever worked with Realty. If you’re looking for someone to help you sell or buy your home I would highly recommend calling the grahams. They will not make you feel rushed or forced to make any decisions but truly go at your pace with helping you get the best information needed.

As an out of state investor, I was looking for some investment properties several years ago in central Florida market so I reached out to some zillow five star review local agents. Among all the agents I reached out, Michelle and Wes stood out with prompt response, throughout followup on the initial phone conversations. I flew out to meet them and they helped to pick up some great properties with their local expertise. Besides, they are also real estate investors so it was super easy to understand my needs. With their help I also purchased a couple more properties remotely for my 1031 exchange. I would definitely recommend Michelle and Wes for home buyers and especially out of state investors.
