We had such a great experience working with Lacey to buy our first home! She was incredibly helpful, organized, and patient with all our questions (and we had a lot!). What stood out the most was how much she truly cared and how quick she was to step in and advocate for us when something wasn’t quite right. We would highly recommend Lacey to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time buyers! She made what could have been a stressful process an enjoyable and exciting one. We cannot thank her enough!

Michele and her team were AMAAAAZING to work with. I was the executor of my mom’s estate which had gone into foreclosure. Michele guided me EVERY step of the way while keeping me emotionally grounded with her comfort and wisdom. I was very impressed of her large network of resources for ANY need. Every phone call was promptly answered, not one call ever went to voice mail no matter the time of day. No push, always a straight honest answer, and kept me prepared for each step. I HIGHLY recommend Michele and her team if you want expert advice, they did not miss a beat handling this estate sale. I never imagined ALL of my wishes being delivered with such ease and comfort, and on the first shot!! Thank you Michele, Kendra and your entire team!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

Lacey was absolutely amazing to work with. She kind of fell onto our lap without trying. Me and my partner were moving an hour away from our local area, knew nothing about the town we moved to but she was the expert. Our first interaction with her she felt friendly like you already knew her, we felt comfortable working with her. No commission breath ;). We are first time home buyers, we had a few bumps in the road and Lacey was on top of it. When I mean on top of it, ON TOP of it. She handled the communication our problems etc. made the whole process smooth as can be. I recommend Lacey to anyone who’s reviewing her reviews wondering if she’s the gal. Trust us, she’s the gal. She’s the type of realtor you invite to a family gathering lol! She’s professional, knowledgeable , supportive, not pushy, understanding, outgoing, easy going. I could go on. Lacey is your gal! We will forsure be working with her again in the future.

Michele is honestly the only agent that doesn't beat around the bush. She is straightforward, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and doesn't sugar coat anything. This is the biggest purchase some make in their entire lives and Michele has made our current purchase(and previous purchases) the most easy-smooth sailing process for us. Michele is an altruistic selfless agent and the only Realtor that I will continue to recommend and use in the future.
