We worked with Mike Zapart at Compass to purchase our first home. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions. Mike was always incredibly responsive and patient with us, whether it was a call, text or email. He was very flexible to meet our tight schedule and was always on time. He was very good at guiding us through the positives and negatives of each house so we could find a house that matched our needs. He was there for us during the whole process and made us feel more comfortable in our big decision. We found a house in Naperville that we love thanks to his hard work.

Mike was always available via phone, text, email and in person! He never rescheduled or declined any showing no matter how inconvenient the time and day may have been. He was consistent and persistent following up with all potential buyers and promptly relayed all feedback to us. He was realistic and accurate about the expectations set regarding the sale price and he gave us excellent advice throughout the entire process, from staging to negotiations. He is the most honest and hard working realtor and we are lucky to have worked with him!!!
