The members of the Thomas Team are true experts -- professional, responsive, experienced, proactive, skilled and effective. Mike and Lene are also great people -- hard working, communicative, empathetic and resourceful. They are both life-long residents of Evanston and were ready to go way beyond to help us address a unique challenge, under a ridiculous time constraint and ultimately with amazing results. The Thomas team was great! They helped make the buying and selling process easier with their knowledge and constant communication. We have to especially give kudos to Chaz Richart on the Thomas team. He went with us to several open houses and always gave us his honest opinions. He is super friendly and has good homeowner tips for improvements. His openness to text or talk pretty much anytime we needed showed how committed he was to assisting us as well as to his profession. Highly recommend working with Chaz and the Thomas team!
