Mike and Lene are far and away the best Realtors I have ever worked with. I have used them for two home sales and two purchases in the past 12 years. They are knowledgeable, proactive, detail-oriented, hard-working and responsive. They have connections and can make recommendations for all of the other people you need when you buy/sell a home -- mortgage brokers, inspectors, lawyers, etc. Both of the homes I've sold with them were under contract within the first couple days, with multiple competing bids. They know the market.

Mike and Lene of Thomas Team are well known and respected real estate brokers in Evanston/ NorthShore. They sold my house in 2024 and I’m happy with the total process. Mike and Lene are professionals, understand the RE market and the people they represent. During the listing there was trust, organization, understanding, patience and cooperation throughout the process.

Mike was outstanding in every aspect of selling our condo. He helped us price it right, provided resources to prepare it for sale, virtually staged it and did everything he could to coordinate a smooth transaction. I highly recommend him and will use him again.
