When it comes to realtors, Lauren is the greatest of all time! We were extremely picky when it came to finding our forever home, but Lauren was incredibly patient and worked with our busy schedules to line up quality showings in a short time period. When we found our house, Lauren worked quickly, tirelessly, and efficiently to secure the deal and arrange everything from the paperwork, to the negotiation, to the timeline. She was always available to us as a resource or to bounce questions off of, and her extensive knowledge of the industry, marketplace and neighborhood made her invaluable. Lauren managed the sale of my long time family home and the purchase of a new condo. Both transactions went quickly and efficiently. Lauren's knowlege of the area and professional expertise were obvious, but she and her team went the extra mile. She had great references for services at her fingertips, and provided tasteful staging tips. Most importantly, Lauren was kind and helpful throughout my process of downsizing and preparing my home for sale. Lauren was such a pleasure to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and learned quickly what we would like or dislike, but let us know about every property that fit our parameters. When we finally did find the place we wanted to buy, she made herself available , even though she was out of town. Lauren was an expert at writing a contract that worked to our advantage, and she had many names for inspectors and other professionals we needed to help us close the deal. I highly recommend her.
