Thank you Mike for helping us find this condo. We would of never found this community or even thought about it if you didnt recommend it. We are really impressed with how much you know and your experience. Its been 8 months since we moved in and we already made a lot of new friends and we are having a great time. We love the location and the people here too. You made everything easy and stress free. This is our 3rd place we bought in Florida and our 1st one in Naples, and this was the easiest process so far. We really appreciate you and if any of our family from NJ or PA moves down and needs a Real Estate Agent in Naples we will 100% send them your way.

My family hired Mike Shoaff to sell the home we owned for more than 12 years. After my dad passed away last year, my mom was left to handle everything, and it was a lot to take on. Mike guided us through the entire process and helped get the house cleared out, cleaned up, and ready to go on the market. He also had reliable people to take care of repairs and updates like painting, trim work, and some electrical fixes. Since we live over 1,000 miles away, Mike truly became our eyes and ears on the ground. He was always easy to reach, answered every question, and kept us updated every step of the way. Mike is professional, experienced, and extremely proactive, and we’re very thankful for everything he did for our family.

Mike was fabulous to work with as we sold a family property in Naples, Florida. He negotiated a fair price and then proceeded to help with setting up contractors for some minor repairs. In addition, he helped to clean out the personal property because the family wasn’t able to manage it. He was diligent, cooperative and managed to smooth out some issues, as an only a true professional would! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

I used Mike to purchase my condo last August. He is the best agent I have ever worked with. He is customer focused and not looking for the quick sale/commission. I wanted to put offers on a couple properties and he recommended that I don't. Most agents would not do that because they would want the deal to go thru so they can benefit. I'm glad I listened to Mike because it turns out he was correct. We hit several roadblocks along the way but he was able to smooth things out which I did not think he would be able to do. Even after the sale closed and I moved in the unit a couple items needed big repairs and he took care of them at no cost to me when he did not have to. I highly recommend Mike.
