We knew Eric was the right agent to market our home after our initial conversation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the current housing market, very professional and polite. He did an amazing job marketing our home with pictures and layouts. While working with Eric he made the process for us seem effortless, beneficial and in our best interests. Eric communicated with us throughout the process whether it was a call, text or email, whichever was convenient for us. He was available at any given time if we had any questions or concerns. If we had to go through this process again in the future Eric would be our #1 choice.
