Eric did an outstanding job assisting us in the purchase of our home. He was very involved very quick in responding back to any questions or concerns that we had he was very knowledgeable and he made the process very quick and easy for us Eric always had great advice as well for us. We definitely would use Eric again. If we ever decided to purchase another home if we decided to do this process again in the future we definitely would also recommend Eric as a realtor to any other friends or family or anybody else looking for a realtor.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Eric. He consistently made me feel that he was on my side and genuinely had my best interests in mind. He was never pushy and never made me feel rushed to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with. His knowledge of the area is unparalleled, and he expertly navigated some complicated offer situations. We live in Washington and had to find a realtor over the phone. After becoming very frustrated with the whole process I just selected a realtor on the first page of the email listing and went from there. One of the realtors that called was Eric Lewis Jabloner from CXT Realty. I am hard person to get in touch with and Eric was the only one who kept trying to make contact. The others just did not call back. Eric is very laid back and was able to handle my frustration level which was high at times. I appreciated his expertise and am very glad that we selected him as our realtor.

Our journey started with a realtor who put our home on MLS, held a couple open houses then did nothing and in the 2024 sales market, the lack of effort meant we had a home listed for 6 months that went stale. The home was very unique 5 acres, well, out of town, and really needed special attention. We searched for someone who cared about our first poor experience and had many marketing ideas which eased our mind and got us excited to relist. We found Michael Shiner. Michael and his team did a top notch level of service from start to finish. We have done many transactions and by far that was the smoothest and least stress free sale we have ever had once Michael was on our team. Michael’s level of professionalism was extremely high and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in Southern Arizona.
