Eric Was great to work with. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was selling my house at the same time. So it was quite stressful. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.( not so much my selling agent) Eric is wonderful to work with. He walked me thru all the Docusign’s And explained all paperwork . Having not sold or bought a house in 38 years I really appreciated the time he spent .

Eric was wonderful to work with. This was our first time buying a home and he made it easy. Eric ensured he got to know me and my husband and really understood what we were looking for. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to work with an extremely knowledgeable realtor.

Eric did an outstanding job assisting us in the purchase of our home. He was very involved very quick in responding back to any questions or concerns that we had he was very knowledgeable and he made the process very quick and easy for us Eric always had great advice as well for us. We definitely would use Eric again. If we ever decided to purchase another home if we decided to do this process again in the future we definitely would also recommend Eric as a realtor to any other friends or family or anybody else looking for a realtor.
