I was initially presented with a excellent assortment of homes to choose from. Comparable homes were added to the list as they came up for sale. Chad had excellent insight as to what I was looking for. Once a home was chosen Chad and his team walked me through the process flawlessly. I was literally a thousand miles away during the entire process. I received an excellent virtual walkthrough. The home inspection and negotiations could not have gone better. The follow-up after the sale has been above and beyond. Chad has many connections in town who are all helping me prepare the home for when I move in in a few months. Buying a home can be stressful at times but this experience has truly been a wonderful experience. And continues to be a fun project.

I initially connected with Santino Avenenti through Zillow for a simple home walkthrough, but after meeting him, I knew I wanted him as my agent—and I’m so glad I did. From the start, Santino was responsive, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer my questions, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me, though, was how he treated my family—especially my mother. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely took the time to make sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. That level of care meant a lot and made a big difference in our experience. Santino also proved to be a strong negotiator and went above and beyond by arranging a furniture purchase with the seller—something he didn’t have to do, but took on anyway to help me out. That extra effort really showed his commitment to his clients. His assistant, Leah S Basham, was also fantastic—organized, helpful, and great with communication, helping keep everything on track behind the scenes. If you’re looking for a realtor who is not only professional, responsive, and a great negotiator, but also truly cares about you and your family, I highly recommend Santino and his team.

I have purchased many houses over the last 40 years, and experience has shown that agents are pretty out of touch, impossible to reach and a necessary evil. Eric is the complete opposite. We were living in NH and looking for a retreat in southern AZ and were put in touch with Eric. From our first contact and even now after the closing, Eric has been incredibly helpful with anything we need, including making sure the sellers did their part, helping us get utilities, mail and evverything else that goes with a long distance purchase. If you are looking for a home in SE Arizona, Eric is your guy.

We were lucky enough to get connected to Jess at Team Integrity KW via Zillow and could not be happier. She handled us with dedication, care, good humor and professionalism. We didn't know realtors could be so thorough, thoughtful and kind. We found exactly what we wanted and then she went above and beyond to make sure everything was in tiptop shape for us, especially since we're moving from abroad. We're forever grateful for Jess and her team of capable, friendly colleagues.
