Shannon was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly kind, very responsive, very easy going, and knew her stuff. Working with Shannon felt like working with a close friend. She was available literally around the clock for my husband and I and made a point to check in on us throughout our buying and selling journey. Juan does an excellent job of communicating and making the process transparent and easy. He takes the time to give you all the resources you need, makes sure that you understand what’s happening, and prepares the paperwork for you so it’s just a click and sign situation. In a difficult market, Juan made us feel confident that we would end up with a positive result, and we did.
