Take this glowing FIVE STAR review and multiply it times two because Jess Castillo not only sold a home to my family, but to my parents, as well. After moving cross-country about a year ago, we were completely new to living in this area of Arizona. Shannon was amazing to work with for our first house in Tucson. She was on her A game the entire process from looking at houses to us eventually building a new house. She knew our needs better than we did. She was understanding of our million questions and quick to reply. We are lucky to have found her and look forward to buying more houses with her as our agent.
