This was our third time buying a house, and by far Mike was the best realtor we've ever worked with, seriously. He listened to what we wanted, looked over the places we were looking at for good and bad, and answered our questions honestly. If we need to sell or buy another house, we'll come back to Mike, and would refer him to anyone else who requires realtor services. Brian and Naomi Leatherwood

We can not say enough good things about Michael. He was more than we thought we needed throughout the entire buying process. Michael knew exactly what we were looking for and provided us with all of the opportunities in the areas we were looking. Not only did he book all of the homes we were interested in seeing, but he did so in a way that made sense. For example, if we were looking at 4 homes, the first showing would be the furthest away from our current home- so each showing we went to got closer to where we wanted to end up. He is thoughtful, charming, and truly cares about finding the very best home for you. We're looking forward to working with Michael again!

Michael found an apartment for us that fit our needs and negotiated a fair agreement with the landlord. We had a low FICA score but he was able to verify through other means our ability to afford the apartment.

I moved across country with short notice, knowing no one and nothing about the area but Michael was heaven sent. Not only did he find a home in my budget quickly, he was always there to answer ANY of my questions quickly. He made my move easy and way less stressful. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
