From pre listing through to the close, Michael’s knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, honesty , commitment to service, and street smarts were readily apparent. Prior to listing he did a spot on analysis of the market and gave us great advice regarding cost effective measures to prepare the home for sale. Prior to listing Michael we made Michael aware that we preferred a quick sale rather than the extra dollar. In response he put our interest above his own and explored a strategy that had it been successful would have substantially diminished his commission. After listing he helped us get our net price goal in a market that was limited due to interest rate hikes and a new subdivision immediately adjacent to ours where the developer was offering interest buy downs. After the offer was accepted Michael was incredibly patient with our many questions regarding the documents and their online execution. As was the case from pre listing to close Michael was always prompt in returning our telephone calls even on the occasion when he was out of town with his family. Perhaps the best measure of our satisfaction with and gratitude for Michael’s service is the fact that we listed our former home with Michael after having used him as our agent for the purchase of our current home.

Michael is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and experienced agents I have had the pleasure of doing business with. As a real estate investor, you need someone that is sharp, reliable, and quick on their feet. Michael has all these qualities and many more. His 9 years of experience and can-do attitude allowed us to persevere through a tough market and ultimately get our house sold!
