Doug was awesome to work with. Was very responsive and proactive in his communication. We were in the market for buying a new build and I initially questioned whether I needed a realtor for the process. However, Doug brought a lot to the table and we are so glad that we had him as our representative. He introduced us to new communities we were not aware of, one of which was the one we purchased our home in, communicated well throughout the process, connected us with quality local resources including our home inspector who we were very pleased with, and helped us negotiate a more favorable price than I was expecting. Absolutely would recommend Doug for any home purchase or sale.

Communication leaves everything to be desired. I consider this the single most important aspect of any realtor, and Davy almost never responded to my concerns. Having reached out about a dozen times in the forms of text, email, and even leaving a message at the office, I received 2 responses via email. The interesting part being that text message is listed as preferred, yet I never received a response. With such a severe lack of communication in a field where communication is absolutely crucial, I cannot recommend Davy as an agent. I will update this if anything changes, but I suspect that will not be the case and this too, will fall on deaf ears.

Rute did a great job and made the selling and buying process extremely simple for us. She answered all our questions and was extremely responsive with communication.

Excellent is all I can say! Rute is on her game ?? I have purchased and sold my own properties in multiple states so when it came time to sell my income property, I interviewed. I needed someone who had the attention to detail that I have and I needed someone who would help with miscellaneous things like repairs/contractors. Rute not only was on site when needed but our house sold fast and was priced exactly where it should have been. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Rute! The best out there! P.S. the one star review I see here does not match the service and/or over the top experience I received. As a business owner myself, I went into the sale with a business transactional mindset.
