Mike has been absolutely wonderful to work with!! He spent many of his Sundays showing us house after house, he knows the area very well and listened to our wants and needs and knew exactly what we were looking for. And when we finally found the right one, he was right on top of the paperwork and communicating/negotiating with the selling agent on our behalf. We would and will recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a house. We look forward to working with him again in the future!!

Mike Karras has been the best realtor I have ever met. He has been with me throughout this entire process of finding my home. We had searched many of places and finally found the most amazing one that fit my needs for my growing family. I am so thankful to have seen his sign and called him. Mike was stellar in every way. He had an incredible personality that can make even the stressful process of finding and then negotiating for a home feel relaxed. We bought our home more than 25%?below maker and my wife meded a lot of reassuring along the way. Mike showed us home after home some more than 40 miles apart - and we felt like he was the guy who lived around the corner. He is a terrific salesman but most importantly a terrific person.
