Leah is an excellent real estate agent. She is thorough with attention to detail her strength. She has a lot of local knowledge and was able to facilitate our long distance purchase by sharing all of her business contacts, including her real estate attorney, insurance agent, inspectors and the like. I would highly recommend Leah for any of your real estate needs!

Leah was such a pleasure to work with--she guided us through the buying process from start to finish. She's trustworthy, responsive and organized and gave us really great advice. Not sure we could have done it without her. She was also a great resource for getting the house up and running once we closed--so many contacts--and all are as nice to work with as she was!

We have been working with Leah for over 4 years. We started working with her when we were selling our house in Dennisport. A neighbor ended up purchasing the property from us, and still Leah went above and beyond to get everything prepared for the sale. Over the next 3 years, Leah kept us updated on properties that fit our needs. When we finally found a new property to purchase, Leah took care of every detail, was very dilligent and flexible to meet our needs on every request. Whenever any issue arose during the negotiation and sale, Leah addressed, often before we even needed to get involved. As an added bonus, Leah has a wonderful sense of humor and a great personality! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property on the Cape.
