This was a long and arduous process with limited inventory and homes coming on market and then selling within days to Best Offers, far above ask. Mike was great in steering me to homes that met my criteria, location wants and budget. He steered me away from homes that would sell far above appraised value and kept looking for the best home and financial decision. I bought a great house in a wonderful neighborhood and know that this home will serve my family perfectly for years and be a great investment as well. Mike was great in his market knowledge and negotiated a wonderful price, where I believe we have realized immediate equity, even in this crazed sellers’ market. Mike is a great advocate for his clients and I was thrilled with his work.
