Mike and team at Hiraeth Homes are GREAT! He facilitated a smooth home purchase for me and navigated the inevitable bumps in the road. I was able to buy my house for asking (no over bidding!) AND he negotiated credits back on my closing to help with costs. When I had issues, he helped me solve them. I would highly recommend working with Michael and his team!

I bought my first house with Michael, and it wasn't even a house that was on the market! The place I had initially wanted to see received an offer, but Michael did his research and found another place very close by that had more than what I was expecting! The the owner had listed it but later took it off the market, so Michael contacted their agent to see if they might be interested in selling. And they were! The bonus was that I didn't have to compete with other potential buyers because others didn't know about it! After the offer was accepted, Amber and her team did a superb job making sure that everything went smoothly for closing. I would highly recommend Hiraeth Homes!

We want to praise Adam Barta from Hiraethhomes realty for one of the best experiences we’ve had in finding our next home. We started some three years ago, thinking about moving to Sonoma county and browsing lots, older homes (that we could remodel) and most agents ghosted us as soon as we did not appear to be immediately active. Adam was different, every couple of months, he put together what he was seeing and sent it to us. This continued for three years until this spring, when the house/land ticked all our boxes. Then the Adam magic really kicked in, he gave wise counsel, helped frame what the offer range could be, yet listened to us about what was important. Of course, the ending of the story was sold! But Hiraethhomes did not stop there. Amber Ferl stepped in to smooth out the closing, all the procedural steps right up to closing. The after care they provided post the sale, list of local trades to help with minor repairs, since we had not moved yet and helped with an unexpected delivery. Far beyond what we would have expected or what we have experienced in the past. We give, Adam, Amber and Hiraethhomes five stars!

Micheal Ferl was knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward with us on purchasing our home. He is a professional in every aspect. He and his team responded quickly in all three ways call, text, or email, depending on how we reached out to them. He and his team went the extra mile, including sending us business referrals and resources after purchasing our home, such as connecting us with a good house cleaning service. It was comforting and refreshing to receive top-notch customer service, which mitigated the stress of buying. We would use Michael Ferl and his team in the future.
