We highly recommend Edwin Gomez for purchasing a home. From the beginning to the successful end of our process Edwin was professional and a delight to work with. Very helpful, kind, responsible you can trust him if you’re going to buy a house. I definitely recommend everyone who is going to buy a property . Edwin helped us purchase a new construction home in Santa Rosa early this year. He is very knowledgeable and we felt confident in his guidance. We really wanted a new home to avoid inheriting any big repairs and Edwin showed us 3-4 local developments. Once we found the one we loved he helped us get pre approved with a great lender. We waited 3 months for our home to be built and typically many challenges can arise with the construction process, but Edwin kept us well informed and made us feel at ease explaining some of the setbacks. We were finally able to close once the home was completed and we couldn’t be happier!
