I highly recommend David Millar to be your real estate agent if you are looking to buy a property in the Russian River area. He knows all the nooks, crannies and quirks of this unique and beautiful area. He can provide insightful advice, especially helpful if you are not a local. David's most outstanding quality is that he really listens to you. We were looking for a part-time vacation property so we were in no hurry to buy. David was attentive and responsive as he showed me so many properties over the course three months. He was calm, easy to talk to, and easy to work with. I never felt rushed by him. He understood that it had to be"just right." David was always quick to respond to my texts or phone calls. He answered all my questions, even if he had to do some research. He was helpful with the (mountains!) of paperwork, documents and disclosures. I had confidence in his professional knowledge, abilities, and most importantly, his integrity. We closed the sale two weeks ago, and David is still checking up with me to see how things are going. How nice is that!

David helped my mom sell her home on the Russian River. He had great knowledge of the area and was transparent about his decision making through every part of the process, from repairs, to staging, to pricing. Going into this, we were worried that selling a home would difficult and extended. Working with David, we found it to be easy and relatively worry free. He made the entire experience painless. In the end, the home sold quickly and for a good price. Highly recommend David and would work with him again.

David did an excellent job helping me sell my house. He was knowledgable about the area and all the intricacies that go along with river life. he had excellent resources for me to use in getting my house ready for the sale. He was available when I had questions and concerns. Everything moved at an excellent pace.

David was very helpful, responsive, competent, and thorough; he found a buyer for a nearly "unsellable" property which had zero road access to 95% of the property and a protected watershed that made it illegal to build a bridge and a road for access. He submitted documents in a timely fashion whenever necessary and the sale went through without a hitch :-)

David was easy to work with. Neither pushy or inattentive. He put a good effort into selling a low priced property and gave service that you'd expect to get purchasing an expensive home. He contacted all the neighbors that might be buyers to let them know that something in the area had become available. We might never have known that the neighboring parcel which we subsequently purchased had become available.
