We highly recommend working with Michael when buying or selling your home. He was our listing agent when selling our home, and represented us when buying our next one! His communication and responsiveness went beyond our expectations; he replies quickly! He truly is an advocate for your family through the entire process. Furthermore, we very much appreciated having a group text to discuss properties and strategies... it was the most efficient tool for us for quick feedback to determine which houses we wanted to look at and make offers. It was also fun working with him! It can certainly feel stressful selling/buying a home, but Michael counters this stress with a lot of knowledge, and it felt like he had our best interests at all times! Thanks again Michael!!!!

Michael is the total package professional. You will not be disappointed. He arranged to have my house cleared and cleaned and readied for sale in mere days - even with 45 years of “stuff” in it. He then went on to get multiple bids and an above asking price sale. The best!

Michael was an excellent partner in our buying and selling process. His knowledge of the market and expertise in the real-estate field provided great comfort and security. Michael thought of things that never came to mind and kept us organized and moving forward. In addition, his excellent negotiation skills got our home sold and put us in our new house in a timely manner. Michael handled everything. He is a true professional that puts his customers first. We would highly recommend working with him.

I can't say enough nice things about working with Michael. We were able to find a home that was in our price range and perfect for us. Mr. Atkinson made himself available when it was convenient for my wife and I - and he learned our preferences/what we were looking for immediately (The man has a sixth sense about these things)! About a month after moving into our home Michael came through for us in a big way in helping with an escrow issue. He really went above and beyond in this instance and resolved the issue quickly - something that I'm not convinced a different realtor would have done. With the personal attention, availability, and work ethic that Michael beings to the table, I feel very strongly about recommending him to anyone looking for a home!

Michael was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to the unique needs to sell the home. He "did his homework" and had the answers needed in order to make the best decisions and list the home priced on market demand. He's also available when you need him. He's also very down to earth, wonderful character and personality that make him very approachable. I would definitely highly recommend Michael to anyone who is selling their home.
